Happy you are here!

Welcome!! My name is Karen and I grew up in California. I am happily married with two beautiful boys. Up until recently I struggled with my diet and exercising habits. I would eat a poor diet that included, processed gross foods. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis I still wasn’t getting the real foods concept. When my disease made a turn for the worst and the medicines were not helping, and in some cases making me worse I knew that I need to make a huge change. So I started following the Dr. Terry Wahls diet, and reading her book Minding My Mitochondria. Since doing this my symptoms with MS have improved and I am able to have more energy to do the things I love. I decided to become a beachbody coach because I love to help people

My own transformation!

Why Beachbody? Well I absolutely love their fitness programs. I started doing the first P90 with Tony Horton when I was trying to get into shape for my wedding and it WORKED. Later on after the birth of my second child I did Insanity as well as P90X. I loved this feeling of completing these workouts. It gave me results and the confidence I needed. I took a break when my disease was progressing, but now that I am doing better I am doing Brazil Buttlift. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun, low impact and effective workout. I have just completed week three of my challenge and am LOVING my results.

I have lost 40 pounds since May of 2012. Getting my diet in order has helped me in this area so much. I am also now toning and getting the body of my dreams, which I am excited about. But more importantly I am feeling good and keeping my body healthy to take on any challenge.I can help you too!
